A vitamin D deficiency is a serious problem that can lead to weakness in bones, joint pain, and fatigue. For old people this is very serious as they are more prone to break a bone such as the hip.

Not only that, a deficiency of this kind will also carry out high blood pressure problems and high levels of sugar in the blood increasing the risk of having heart diseases and diabetes.

Are elderly people the only ones affected? No, as you can see everyone can have diabetes and heart problems. But another group that are at higher risk are small children who don’t get enough levels of this vitamin.

Are you in a similar position to many other people who have a huge collection of photographs which have been taken over a number of years? You’re likely not thinking about the cooking. How does cooking and the Black Expressions Book Club go together? If you take a closer look at the many books that are offered by the book club, you’ll notice that they have an entire section of cookbooks that are available to purchase through them.

There are may different cookbooks that are written by black authors that you can purchase. Take, for instance, the book Down Home with the Neely’s. The Neely’s are a couple, Patrick and Gina, who own a cooking show on the Food Network. On this show they serve up delicious southern food that is comfort food for a great many people. Foods like Wings of Fire and Sock-It-To-Me Cake. This cook book features over 120 recipes that can be made and enjoyed by anyone.
