Regular exercise, even if just a 15 minute walk round the block is a very powerful tool for people looking for chronic back pain relief, that will have a much bigger benefit than anything else - and in that I include the best food, the hottest sex, and even the most exhilarating fun. The main drawback is that you have to actually do it to reap the benefits.
No doubt, if you’re like most people in need of chronic back pain relief, you don’t have a great deal of time outside of work. There’s absolutely no space in your day for even 10 to 20 minutes of easy-to-do stretching exercises, never mind the three quarters of an hour to an hour, 3 to 4 times a week you’d need to do for the aerobic exercise requirement of a normal exercise program.
Well, the good news is I’m going to help you create the time in what I appreciate is a very busy day - come hell or high water - because, again, people who have known back pain releif everywhere understand that even the easiest back exercises will prove to be more helpful and pain relieving to you in the end, for easing back pain, than pretty much any other treatment you can try.
We’ll start with the problem that you simply don’t have enough time. Would you believe that taking a little time before you eat breakfast to exercise could be the equivalent of an insurance policy covering you against the next time you’ll go through all that pain and suffering because of your chronic back pain?
As time is money for all of us, each time you invest in your exercise program, which doesn’t cost any money, it will save you the future expense (and lost time) that you could easily spend on chiropractic, reflexology, massage therapy, and so on - when your back muscles next seize up and bring back that flood of excruciating back pain.
You’re not convinced? You’ve got so much going on that sleeping is low down your priority list, and you can’t remember the last time you didn’t feel tired all day? That’s another great reason to find some time for exercising. Rest assured, if you make the time, you’ll see that, simple exercises, especially regular aerobic exercise, can and will help you feel a lot better and make a big difference in easing your back pain. If you take the plunge, you’ll be forgiven for thinking that your remaining energy will drain away, but, regular exercise actually boosts your energy levels. Even though it burns up calories and helps your body burn off fat, it won’t make you tired. It’s not like that at all, regular exercise can make you feel much more alert, alive and energized - and as exercise helps improve your sleep patterns, you’ll find that you need less sleep but feel even better.
